headlineauto's Privacy Policy (the "Policy") has been developed as an extension of our commitment to combine the finest quality services with the highest level of integrity in dealing with you, our clients. The Policy guides how we collect, store and use information about you and will be periodically assessed against new technologies, business practices and your changing needs.

headlineauto may, from time to time, modify the Policy to reflect legal, technological and other developments. In that event the changes will appear at this location. We recommend you regularly check of the Policy in order to remain aware of the contents of the latest version.

The Policy recognises two kinds of data that deserve varying levels of protection. Personal and Company Information includes, for example, users names, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and company billing information. A subset of that category, Usage Data, deserves additional safeguards. Usage Data includes data that tracks user activity on our Website and online database services, e.g. where you go and the documents you access.

headlineauto will always comply with UK data protection legislation and is committed to using all reasonable efforts to abide by the following principles:

  1. Personal and Company Information will only be collected to the extent that headlineauto deems reasonably necessary to serve a legitimate business purpose. We do not give out this information to third parties outside the Magma group of companies. You will be notified at the point where such Personal and Company Information is collected.

  2. Usage Data. The collection and use of Usage Data carries with it special obligations and responsibilities in order to maintain the data's security, integrity and privacy. Usage Data will not be rented or otherwise made available for third parties outside headlineauto.

If it is necessary for headlineauto to record the documents accessed by its' Users for billing purposes, we do not sort, analyse or process this information in any way to gain information on your commercial business.

headlineauto also collects other information for internal purposes. For example we keep records of all communications concerning any issues or comments that you might have had in using headlineauto services so we can audit and ensure that the service you receive is within our service level commitments.

headlineauto will regularly update you with details of services that we provide which may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such updates you may indicate this in the user preferences section of the website.
